On Sunday, April 19th, following worship, Director of Music, Dr. Kirsten Hedegaard, shared a brief history of
oratorio and an introduction to Elaine Hagenberg’s oratorio, “Illuminare.” This opportunity served as a useful pre-concert lecture in anticipation of the following Sunday’s Music on Hill Concert, which will feature the Sanctuary Choir and a professional guest orchestra in a performance of “Illuminare.”
